Christian Therapist and Counselor

Christian Therapist and Counselor
I am a dedicated mental health professional (peer support) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Communication Studies, graduating from the University of Idaho and Western Oregon University. My background includes both academic training and hands-on experience working with individuals facing diverse challenges, including addiction recovery, learning disabilities, ADHD, internet addiction, relationship struggles, and personal growth.
My peer support approach is client-centered, combining evidence-based techniques with compassionate listening and practical problem-solving. I believe in understanding the unique story and values of each individual, helping them build self-awareness, develop resilience, and create actionable steps toward healing and growth. I am particularly skilled at supporting clients who feel misunderstood or overlooked, drawing from both professional training and personal life experiences that have shaped my empathy and insight.
I also have experience working with multicultural clients and understand how culture and environment shape one’s mental health and relationships. My approach is built on trust, respect, and empowerment, encouraging clients to discover their strengths and live with purpose.
