Helping Adults Navigate Anxiety, Addiction Recovery, and Relationship Challenges with Compassionate, Faith-Aligned Support
About Me:
Hello! I’m Shane Roberts, I am a Christian counselor/peer support specialist. I am passionate about helping adults overcome anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My approach blends evidence-based strategies, practical tools, and faith-informed guidance to help you navigate challenges while building resilience and purpose.
I have personally navigated significant anxiety, attention challenges, and periods of intense mental health struggles, including overcoming a learning disability. These experiences shaped my understanding of what it feels like to face overwhelming thoughts, focus difficulties, and emotional uncertainty. They also deepened my empathy, allowing me to provide compassionate, practical, and nonjudgmental support to clients facing similar challenges.
