I specialize in trauma-informed personal development and wellness coaching, with a focus on addiction recovery, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and reintegration. My approach is deeply rooted in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and mindfulness-based practices that help clients build resilience, reclaim their identity, and create sustainable change.
I'm especially passionate about behavioural psychology, somatic and nervous system regulation, and the intersection of mental health and purpose. I'm drawn to helping individuals heal the root of their patterns, not just manage symptoms so that they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I also enjoy group facilitation, particularly in areas such as stress management, mindset reprogramming, and habit formation.
