Feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck — and tired of holding it together for everyone else?
You may look strong on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or lost inside. When your usual coping strategies stop working, it’s not a sign of weakness — it’s a sign that you need a different, more structured approach.
I provide goal-oriented psychological counseling for adults who seek clarity, emotional stability, and practical change — not just conversations, but measurable progress.
In our work, we:
• identify repeating emotional and behavioral patterns
• reduce anxiety and internal pressure
• strengthen self-worth and personal boundaries
• build skills you can apply in daily life
• restore a sense of direction and meaning
I work with adults who experience:
• anxiety and persistent overthinking
• emotional burnout and chronic stress
• low self-esteem and harsh self-criticism
• relationship conflicts and family tension
• partnership crises and loss of life direction
My approach integrates CBT, Schema Therapy, Gestalt techniques, Positive Psychology, and Family Psychology. When helpful, I also use metaphorical associative cards and crisis intervention tools.
I am a member of the Ukrainian Association of Psychotherapists.
For more than 9 years, I have provided remote emotional support in the U.S. healthcare sector, helping individuals navigate vulnerable and difficult periods of life. This experience shaped my structured, calm, and emotionally steady therapeutic style.
Private Text-Based Counseling
I offer Private Text-Based Counseling for clients who prefer structured written communication over live sessions.
This format is especially helpful if you:
• feel more comfortable expressing thoughts in writing
• need time to reflect before responding
• value privacy and emotional safety
A written session includes an extended therapeutic response equivalent in depth to a 60–90 minute live session. It allows space for thoughtful reflection, deeper insight, and structured professional guidance — without the pressure of speaking in real time.
Prefer writing over speaking?
Message me “TEXT” to learn how it works.
How sessions work:
• A free 15–20-minute introductory session — we clarify your request and determine if we are a good fit.
• Regular live sessions: 60 minutes, typically once a week (flexible scheduling available).
• Written sessions available upon request.
• Every 4–5 sessions, we review progress and adjust goals if needed.
• Between sessions, I may suggest practical exercises to support real-life change.
If you're ready to begin — or would like to understand what the first step might look like — feel free to send me a message.
Together, we’ll move from survival mode toward clarity, stability, and a grounded sense of self.
