Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Life Coach and Marriage & Family Therapist

(CLD, LMFT, MBA and MNCPS)

I am a practicing psychologist specializing in working with adults who are facing anxiety, emotional burnout, low self-esteem, family and relationship conflicts, crises in partnerships, and a loss of life direction.

I have also completed professional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Gestalt techniques, Positive Psychology, Family Psychology, and Crisis Intervention. I am a member of the Ukrainian Association of Psychotherapists.

For over 8 years, I have provided remote emotional support to clients in the U.S. healthcare sector, helping people navigate emotional difficulties and life challenges. This experience has taught me to be empathetic, stable, and a reliable source of support for others.

How our work is structured:

The first introductory session (15-20 minutes) is free. We will discuss your concerns, get to know each other, and see if we’re a good fit.

Regular sessions last 1 hour.

Sessions typically occur once a week, but the frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and goals.

The core of our sessions is an open and safe dialogue where you are free to express what matters most. I often supplement our work with exercises or home tasks to deepen progress between meetings.

Every 4–5 sessions, we will review your progress and reflect on the changes, helping you stay focused and motivated.

In my therapeutic practice, I use evidence-based methods, including CBT, Schema Therapy, Gestalt techniques, elements of Positive and Crisis Psychology, and Resource-Oriented Therapy.

I offer a gentle, confidential, and accepting space where you can be yourself, explore your emotions, find clarity, and reconnect with your inner strength.

I'm also the author of a self-care coloring book for women, designed to promote emotional calm, self-expression, and inner balance.

If you feel ready for change, send me a message.

Together, we’ll find a way to clarity, resilience, and a better quality of life.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
