I have worked in varied fields of Clinical Psychology ranging from general mental health, liaison psychiatry to forensics and am trained in the assessment and treatment of a broad range of mental health difficulties.

 

I believe in creating genuine, warm and collaborative treatment style, with the intent to help clients make enduring and enriching change in their lives. Drawing from a range of evidence based treatment strategies I strive to help my clients make sense of and adjust their thoughts, emotions and unhelpful patterns of behaviours.
