My therapeutic style blends CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, along with storytelling, metaphors, and mind-body techniques to help deepen self-awareness and emotional clarity. I don’t believe in labels—I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis.

 

My areas of focus include anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship healing, self-compassion, and workplace burnout. I’m particularly interested in the connection between the mind and body and how it influences our overall well-being.
