Christian Therapist, Life Coach, Pastoral Counselor and Registered Psychotherapist
Your journey is sacred, and therapy is a place where you don’t have to explore it alone.
With a background in nursing, chaplaincy, psychotherapy, and theology, I bring a warm, grounded, and down-to-earth approach to our time together. My priority is creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and safe enough to share what you’re carrying — and to help you navigate your situation in a way that helps you discover what’s possible on the other side of it.

I am also a Certified Trauma Professional, which means I support people who have experienced trauma in many forms. I work with clients living with PTSD or C-PTSD, as well as those who may not have a formal diagnosis but are navigating the lingering impact of painful or overwhelming experiences.
In my own life, I’ve had my share of setbacks, disappointments, traumas, and detours — some of my own making, and others well outside my control. What I’ve learned is that the inner work never ends, and that staying with the process can make a real difference over time.
"In the end, everything turns out right. If it hasn't turned out right, it's because the end hasn't arrived yet." - Fernando Sabino, O Tabuleiro de Damas, 1988.
If this resonates, I’d be honored to connect and explore whether we might be a good fit.
