I am an experienced psychologist, devoted to share my knowledge to help anyone that struggles in life. I have studied Psychology from Bachelors to Masters degree, following the specialties that amaze me; Neuropsychology and Forensic & Legal Psychology. I am certified in ABA therapy and currently working as Behavioural Expert with clients that suffer from Autism and diverse cognitive deficiencies. I'm following Person-Centered Counselling from the CPCAB (UK) and almost completed my Diploma in Counselling Skills. I aim to gain my Diploma in Psychotherapy at the end of my training and get certified by the BACP (UK). In the future, I plan to continue training and become a Couples Counsellor. I am certified from the SKJ (Kwalitetsregister Jeugd) as Youth Psychologist in the Netherlands. I am also recognised for my skills by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and obtained the GMBPsS - Graduate Membership and the GBC (Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership).
I created my company "Essence Counselling & Consultancy" to provide a combination of Person-Centered Counselling and Applied Behavioural analysis (ABA) to clients that struggle with the neurodevelopmental disorders, anxiety, work-life balance, parent-child and other relationship dynamics, adverse childhood experiences and overall mild difficulties in life.
