I hold an MS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Punjab and have diverse experience in mental health and addiction recovery. My work spans renowned rehabilitation centers, including Willing Ways, Umeed-e-Shifa, and Shaff Drug Rehabilitation Center, where I have facilitated individual, group, and family therapy sessions. My expertise includes psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention strategies, focusing on addiction recovery and mental health challenges.

 

Additionally, I have worked with children and adolescents at the Child Psychiatric Department of Services Hospital Lahore and provided psychological assessments and counseling at Fountain House Lahore. Currently, I am a psychology lecturer at Mohi Ud Din Islamic University, where I integrate academic knowledge with practical insights to train future mental health professionals.
