Clinical Psychologist, Counselor, Muslim Therapist and Therapist

Life is difficult and we often need compassion, acceptance and understanding. I believe it's through deeper connection and understanding that we can truly help each other heal.

With numerous experiences in therapy and counselling under my belt; gained through the different people I've met throughout my clinical practice. I can provide you with exactly that!

My skillset includes:

CBT, DBT, Existential Therapy, Humanistic Counselling, and psychological testing.

If you're having doubts about me, give this a read. Let me tell you, my story.

I have a master's degree in clinical psychology, and I've honed my therapy skills through various clinical internships and courses.

For instance, I've worked as a clinical psychologist at Bahria University's very own Well Being Center (a counselling clinic for students) where I have interacted with young adults whom I've both helped and learnt a lot from. I understood that people are very good at hiding their pain and carry their wounds silently. It's always an honor when someone opens up to me, because one of the hardest things in life is to be vulnerable.

I have also encountered people from different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds at Benazir Bhutto Hospital (a notorious place for training clinical psychologists and psychiatrists) where I have dealt with psychosis, intellectual disability, borderline personality disorder, panic disorders and emotional problems. It was a humbling experience and has taught to me cater to different people. I learnt that people manifest their pain differently because of the cultures they live in.

I love this field because it helps me connect with people on a much deeper and empathetic level.

There's a lot to my clinical story of course, but none of it matters if I can't help another person with it. All of my experiences have prepared me to help you.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
