I am Clinical psychologist with more than two years of experience, committed to supporting individuals in overcoming psychological challenges and enhancing their well-being. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, where I specialized in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and psychodynamic therapy. This educational foundation has equipped me with a broad array of therapeutic techniques to address complex mental health concerns.I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic models to create personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs.
