Christian Therapist, Counseling Psychologist and Psychotherapist

(MA)

For more than 7 years, I have been providing mental health services to teens and adults. My services include counseling and long-term psychotherapy, support groups and group trainings, coaching and mentoring on mental health, communication, relationship issues, stress management, and resilience, as well as personal development and growth. Being a Christian, I follow the values of Christianity in my work with clients.

In my practice I follow these approaches: Gestalt therapy, existential psychotherapy, art therapy, RET, transactional analysis, coaching, and crisis counseling. As a former specialist of the Mental Health Ambassadors of Ukraine (MH4U) program, I provide therapy services to clients with a history of mental disorders, in conjunction with a psychiatrist.

I have been in personal therapy since 2016 and work under supervision.

In the last two years, since the onset of the war, I have engaged in crisis counseling and have been actively involved in conducting and coordinating mental health projects in collaboration with international humanitarian organizations and mental health professionals. We have worked diligently to provide mental health services to Ukrainian people and foreigners affected by the war, as well as content on self-care and resilience during these times. I have cooperated with the Social Service Center for Families, Children, and Youth of Kyiv, EducationUSA Ukraine Centre, Crisis Psychological Services of Ukraine, Crisis Psychological Services of Hungary (Meghallgatunk Probono and PSZY.HU Probono), AarogyaSeva Global Volunteer Alliance, and the Peace Corps offices in Ukraine and the US.

I was an educational psychologist and lecturer for 6 years and have had a private counselling practice since 2018, providing services in Ukrainian and English. In 2021 i have started my psychotherapy practice.

If you're going through a crisis, feeling stressed and anxious, overwhelmed by the events in you life, going through loss and grieving, struggling to build healthy relationships with your teen, partner or parents, searching for a meaning, you're welocome to contact me. I'll be happy to help you!

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
