I am a Clinical Psychologist in Auckland with clinical psychology offices in Ponsonby and Parnell, Auckland. I am registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board as a Clinical Psychologist, and I am a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists. I have more than 21 years of experience and expertise in clinical psychology.

 

I specialise in providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures. I work with adults and adolescents 17 years and older. Psychological services include individual psychotherapy and trauma-focused therapy for adults and teens, specialist couples therapy, marriage counselling, and therapy for anxiety, depression, and addiction problems. I am also trained in philosophy and existential psychotherapy and offer Stoic mentoring.

 

In addition, I offer Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I conduct psychological assessments of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults and Autism in adults as well as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Personality Disorders. My areas of specialist interest include mood and anxiety disorders, psychological trauma, couples therapy, ADHD, Autism, PTSD and addiction. I am based in Ponsonby and Parnell, Auckland but I also offer remote/online psychological services.
