We'll work on common hurdles that may be holding you back and explore various tactics to set goals, gain clarity, and manage thoughts, and emotions with confidence. You'll obtain tools for managing stress and anxiety and how to make confident decisions. We will work on overcoming resistance and identify any limiting thoughts, beliefs or behaviors that may be keeping you from reaching your full potential. Coaching may include a range of techniques such as mindset practices, intuitive development, journaling, mindfulness and meditation.

 

As a Holistic Entrepreneur, Reiki Master Teacher, Energy Healer, and Mindset & Personal Development Life Coach, I specialize in integrative coaching, energy healing therapy. For more than a decade, I have worked with clients to help address the whole-person through an approach that combines coaching and healing in all areas (physically, emotionally and spiritually).

Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
