I work closely with individuals experiencing psychological difficulties including mood, behavioral, relational and neurodevelopmental disorders. I am well-trained in providing psychotherapy and psychological assessments to individuals from diverse backgrounds. I work collaboratively with clients and employs an integrative approach to assist them in understanding themselves better.

 

I strive to provide a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, develop new insights and learn ways to cope with their issues in therapy sessions. I believe in being present with my clients while navigating through challenging topics together and to find hope in the midst of difficulties.
