I am an accomplished clinical psychologist with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from IHBAS, Delhi, and UGC NET qualification (2020). With extensive experience, working with over 2,000 clients in the last two years.

 

I specialize in adult mental health and various psychotherapeutic modalities, including existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative exposure therapy, and schema therapy.

 

In the field of neuropsychology,I've notable experience in neuropsychological rehabilitation and assessment. I have conducted research and developed intervention modules for stroke patients.

 

I completed my master's degree from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences and my bachelor's degree from MES College. During my academic journey, I completed internships at Louise Mount Hospital, Government Mental Health Centre, and Snehadeepam Charitable Trust. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I volunteered as a tele-counselor for the District Mental Health Program. I also have experience as a speaker at Binnanipuram Government High School.

 

I am currently awaiting registration as a Clinical Psychologist under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
