I am Shreyansi Sahai, a dedicated specialist currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology with a focus on Art Therapy. I have an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from R.D. National College, Bandra (University of Mumbai) and a B.A. (Honors) in Applied Psychology from Amity University, Noida.

 

My training includes Art Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy (California Hypnosis Institute). I bring a unique blend of therapeutic techniques to my practice, integrating creative expression and counselling to support mental health and well-being through personalized and compassionate care.
