Hi! I have obtained my master's degree in psychology and have done additional counselling skills and a clinical psychology course as well. My aim is to provide the client with a safe space where they feel understood, gain clarity and to enable them to cope with any difficulties in life effectively. I use CBT, client centred and gestalt approaches in addition with art therapy based and mindfulness based activities. The sessions will be directed as per the client's preferences.
