As a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in mental health care, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their psychological challenges and improve their well-being. I hold a Master degree in Clinical Psychology from COMSATS university Islamabad, Lahore, where I specialized in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. My educational journey provided a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

My area of specialization in treating anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, mood disorder, trauma, and relationship issues. My approach is integrative, combining elements from various therapeutic models to tailor treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and a member of the American psychological association and Pakistan psychological association , which ensure I adhere to the highest ethical standards in my practice.
