With 10 months of experience, I have actively worked with over 400 clients, ranging from geriatric patients to adults, adolescents, and children. My therapeutic practice incorporates a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt, Narrative, Solution-Focused modalities, and biofeedback-based therapy. I integrate mindfulness strategies into every session, with a particular focus on treating anxiety disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), ADHD, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), addiction, and somatoform disorders.

 

I have a strong interest in conducting assessments for neurodevelopmental, personality, and neurocognitive disorders. My expertise includes administering a wide range of psychometric assessments, such as WAIS, WISC, NIMHANS Battery, PGIMS, Conners, NEPSY, DPCL, WMS, MMPI, IPDE, WIAT, Beck, Hamilton, Vineland-3, Benton Visual Retention, CPM, and TAT, among others.
