This is Meenakshi, done Masters in Psychology & PG Diploma in counselling skills. I am warm, compassionate counsellor with good knowledge and analytical skills. I posses strong observational skills. My thirst to acquire knowledge, my passion to learn Psychology fascinated me to work for the society and made me to work extensively in the field of mental health.

 

As part of masters, my double internships are in one of the top most Rehabilitation center in Hyderabad (Sweekar- Upkaar). Done couple of trainings from (NIMHANS) National Institute of Mental Health And Neuro sciences such as

1. Child and adolescent mental health issues & interventions,

2. Integrating child Mental health issues & Disability with protection and rights.

3. CBT training at NIMHANS.

 

Learnt techniques of counselling and psychometrics with psycho diagnostics in internships. till now handled approximately 150 client cases. As part of counselling skill diploma we (6 members) conducted Group interventions to offenders, organized by she team police staff for Bharosa offenders. As part of my personal growth and social responsibility I volunteered and counselled Cancer impacted children and their families.
