My approach to counselling integrates various methodologies, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Gestalt Therapy. My areas of specialization include anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem and confidence, burnout, emotional disturbances, and coping skills.

 

In addition to my formal degrees, I have completed various certificate courses to enhance my practical skills.
