My working Model- I mostly work in Psychodynamic aspect ( Depth psychology, will try to Address under core conflicts if any, not just manifested concerns. For Example if someone shows the Anxiety features- symptoms might be visible factors there could be some underline conflict with in the individual that causes the anxiety so mostly I try to address that too), It is a long-term association with the client to know in depth about their Emotional world, Relationship world, Motivation, Behaviour and to develop a healthy functioning as an individual .Along with it I use Behavioural therapy techniques, Cognitive therapy techniques and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Techniques.
