She has experience in working with a variety of populations including children, adolescents and adults and helping them tackle issues like relationship conflicts, depression, OCD, anxiety, PTSD and so on. She is trauma informed and takes an eclectic approach to therapy with special interest in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Narrative therapy
