My approach is centered on creating a safe, non-shaming , non -judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through evidence-based therapies, including, mindfulness techniques, and CBT, Humanistic Approaches like Narrative therapy in my work i make personalized treatment plans and collaborate with individuals to navigate their unique journeys toward wellness.I am Also a trained Trauma Therapist .
