I'm Halima Usman ,a counselling psychologist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and unlock their full potential. With a Master's degree in psychology ,along with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and an advanced diploma in Counseling Psychology (ADCP),I bring a diverse skill set to my practice. Having completed additional courses in psychotherapy from England, I've honored my expertise in addressing a wide range of issues, from depression and anxiety to career indecision and communication difficulties. My experience spans various industries ,including working with children in educational settings and assisting individuals in overcoming mood disorders ,OCD'S ,Panic attacks and trauma based issues.

I approach therapy with a goal oriented mindset ,drawing from humanistic and person centered theories to tailor treatments to each individual's unique needs. Embracing the principles of positive psychology , I incorporate mindfulness techniques and play therapy to foster personal growth and well being.

At the core of my practice is a belief in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives, and I'm dedicated to providing compassionate support on their journey towards self discovery and resilience.
