I am a Counselling psychologist helping individuals deal with problems and issues using the medium of Expressive Art Therapy for the healing journey. I have helped many individuals realise their potential and build self-esteem. Coping skills play a major role in an individual's healing process, so I believe managing your coping strategies and having a positive outlook towards life is very important. And guess what? I can help you with all of it.

I have done both my graduation and post-graduation in psychology with a UNESCO-CID certification of an Expressive Art Therapist is my added medal to the academic journey.

Through my academic journey I have done various internships, exploring various psychological fields and then curating my own practising styles.
