I am an inclusive psychotherapist dedicated to guiding clients toward happier and healthier lives by fostering positive skills and thought patterns. As a certified Queer-Affirmative practitioner and Humanistic Counsellor with an MA in Clinical Psychology, I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Stress, ADHD (Adult), LGBTQIA+, Trauma, Grief & Loss, Self-esteem, Self-confidence, Body Image, Eating Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, Narcissistic Abuse (Partners & children of narcissistic abuse), Anger, Phobias & Addiction. My approach shall always be client-centred and tailor-made according to the needs and demands of the client’s issues. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for catharsis and healing, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented alliance with each client. I specialize in the Humanistic Model of Counselling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Self-work (self-discovery, forgiveness, and acceptance), Trauma – Informed Care, Art Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inner Child Healing, Mindfulness-based therapies, Grief Counselling, Shadow Work and Narrative Therapy. In my practice, I ensure a nurturing environment where clients are met with a compassionate and attentive presence.
