Counseling Psychologist, Counselor, Life Coach and Marriage & Family Therapist

(MA)

With over 8 years of experience in counseling, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, women victims of domestic violence, single mothers, survivors of sexual abuse, children in need of care and protection, parents, students, and individuals facing various daily life challenges.

Throughout my career, I have provided empathetic and supportive counseling services aimed at helping individuals navigate through their emotional turmoil, trauma, and life transitions.

For women victims of domestic violence, I have offered a safe space to process their experiences, explore their options, and develop coping strategies for empowerment and safety.

In working with single mothers, I have addressed their unique challenges, such as balancing parenting responsibilities, financial pressures, and self-care needs, while fostering resilience and self-confidence.

For survivors of sexual abuse, I have facilitated healing by providing trauma-informed therapy, validating their experiences, and empowering them to reclaim their sense of agency and autonomy.

With children in need of care and protection, I have utilized play therapy, creative expression, and psychoeducation to help them process their emotions, develop coping skills, and navigate their environments more effectively.

In parent counseling, I have offered guidance and support to parents facing parenting challenges, behavior management issues, and family conflicts, with a focus on fostering positive parent-child relationships and effective communication.

For students, I have provided academic support, career counseling, and emotional guidance to help them cope with academic stress, peer relationships, and personal development.

In counseling individuals facing daily life challenges, I have employed a client-centered approach, emphasizing collaboration, empathy, and empowerment to help them identify their strengths, set achievable goals, and navigate life's obstacles with resilience and confidence.

Overall, my experience in counseling has deepened my understanding of human resilience, vulnerability, and growth, and I remain committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards healing, empowerment, and self-discovery.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
