I am a psychologist and a clinical psychology student with both clinical and counselling internships and practice. Having dealt with multiple patients in hospital setting in our daily observational hours, I am skilled at counselling especially in anxiety, depression and family conflict therapies. Mindfulness, relaxation techniques, grounding techniques and active listening are key components of my skill. Acceptance & commitment therapy, grief therapy and behavioral therapies are also a major part of my counselling skills. Thank you.
