Rashi Goyal (she/her) is a counselling psychologist and has received her master’s degree from the University Department of Applied Psychology, Mumbai University and a PG Diploma in Advanced Counselling Skills from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She is a certified Family and Couple Therapist and also an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner.

She is a Queer Affirmative Counsellor who believes in adopting an eclectic approach to help individuals solve their issues.

Rashi’s areas of expertise cover working with concerns related to work-life balance, relationship issues, parenting concerns, anxiety and stress management. She also deals with concerns related to family, life transitions/adjustment issues, conflict management and behaviour modification.

Rashi has extensive experience working with online counselling platforms. She has conducted workshops for schools, interventions for senior citizens and for clients in effective therapeutic exercises. Rashi has also participated in various street awareness programmes for mental health issues. She believes in active listening and offering a window to vent, thereby creating a conducive setting for clients to find support for their concerns. Rashi is also passionate about community service through addressing mental health concerns.
