I am a compassionate, and respectful psychologist based out of Bangalore, who firmly upholds the belief that mental health is a fundamental right and should be accessible to everyone. I am dedicated to assisting my clients in their journey towards healing and personal growth, firmly adhering to the philosophy that progress is achieved by surpassing one's previous self each day.

 

I am proficient in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

 

My academic qualifications include a master's degree in psychology earned from the prestigious Indian Institute of Psychology and Research in Bangalore and my triple majors in Bachelor's from Mount Carmel College. In addition, I also hold a professional diploma in counseling and psychotherapy from Psykey which has provided me with extensive training in a wide range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Art therapy. I recognize that each client possesses a unique set of needs and circumstances, and as such, a single therapeutic approach may not always suffice. Consequently, I employ an eclectic approach during my therapy sessions, tailoring my interventions to best suit my clients' individual requirements.

 

Beyond my professional endeavours, I am a culinary enthusiast who derives both pleasure and stress relief from experimenting with a rich array of spices. I am an ardent traveller who firmly believes in the healing power of nature. Additionally, I also possess an unwavering passion for art and music, as they consistently bring out my truest and most creative self.
