Dr Ansha Patel is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Psychotherapist, Clinical Researcher, Scientific Advisor and Columnist. She is qualified with a Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Applied Clinical Psychology (Gold Medalist) from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi , MPhil in Clinical Psychology from MCOAHS, Manipal and a PhD in the areas of Reproductive Psychology & Infertility (from Kasturba Medical College ,MAHE, India ). She recently completed her fellowship under the esteemed MAHE-FAIMER in Preventive Psychiatry based at Manipal, Karnataka.

 

She has received several awards and has been associated as a doctoral scholar and faculty with Dept. of Psychiatry and Dept. of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at KMC , Manipal and at various medical colleges (MAMC at Hisar , RNT Medical College, Udaipur) in India. She is additionally been a scientific advisor to Vyanalife Digital Fertility Solutions, Bangalore.

 

She has an active and extensive research profile with over 300 citations build over the last 10years and is also empanelled as a referee (for domains of reproductive health, women’s health, fertility issues and psychology) for several indexed journals under Biomedical Central, Wolter Kluwer , Springer Nature group and Sage Publications.

 

Currently, she co-heads CMBS, where she is in-charge of super-specialty mental health clinics. She is a clinical consultant at Department of Psychiatry and Psychology at Paras healthcare , Udaipur, Rajasthan. She is an active collaborator with MAHE, Karnataka and Subhag Healthtech. She is also a freelancing Columnist for e-magazine Talking about Sexual and Reproductive Health Issues (TARSHI) and Reproductive Health Club magazine (RHCM).

 

She has an interest and expertise in ‘Behavior Medicine, Reproductive Psychology, Women’s mental health, Preventive Psychiatry, Perinatal Psychiatry, Telepsychiatry , Trauma based work’ and is highly trained as a Cognitive Behavior Therapist and Mindfulness based Interventionist.

 

She has a working experience of 11 years with over 20,000 cases . Dr Ansha has had overall 13,000 treated cases in and around Udaipur in last 4 years.
