I have completed my Master’s degree with a specialization in Clinical Psychology. I have previously worked at various hospitals and NGOs. I have rich experience in working on multiple disorders ranging from depression and anxiety to Substance abuse. I believe in individualism and an eclectic approach to therapy. I mainly work with adolescents and adults. I'm very passionate about Research and love to read. I aim to integrate multicultural and trauma-focused approaches into therapy. I also Integrate lifestyle changes including sleep, nutrition, etc in my practice.
