I am Pavithra, a passionate Psychologist and Psychotherapist in supervision, dedicated to creating a supportive, non-judgmental and evidence-based therapeutic space.

In my practice, I have had privilege in working with diverse population ranging from children to adults with various emotional and behavioural concerns. My approach is rooted in Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic, Relational and Eclectic practice. With my ongoing training in Transactional analysis and practice, I have been working towards strengthening my skills in supporting the client in their healing journey. With this foundation, I beleive that clients’ capacities for self-actualization and healing happens by learning to recognize and change old, self-limiting patterns.
