I am a counseling psychologist from India. I have my masters in applied psychology from the university of Mumbai. I have been practicing since 2021. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience with working with issues concerning anxiety, depression, work and education related stress, mood swings, family concerns, peer relationship concerns, emotional regulation, adjustment issues, suicidal ideations and self harm among others. I follow an eclectic approach by inculcating techniques from person centered approach, internal family systems, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches.
