I am a highly qualified Mental Health Professional with expertise in counseling, training, and content development. My two Master's degrees in Counseling Psychology and Special Education provide me with a strong academic foundation for my distinguished 17-year career.

 

My passion lies in supporting individuals and communities to overcome challenges and build resilience. I possess a diverse skill set including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy (using EMDR and CBT techniques), Group Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Addiction Counseling, enabling me to effectively address a wide range of client needs.
