Suhina’s primary focus has always been to treat every individual seeking help respectfully and kindly. She seeks to help clients evolve into being a better version of themselves and to help them understand the importance of their mental health. She works closely with her clients to build trust and establish open communication.

Suhina received her Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology from Bangor University. As a psychologist, she uses an eclectic approach to therapy grounded in evidence-based techniques but is also influenced by her own experiences and a diverse range of therapeutic modalities. She draws from different approaches to create a customized treatment plan that fits the specific needs and goals of each client. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, loss and grief, substance abuse.

She provides a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. Her goal is to help her clients identify the root causes of their difficulties and work collaboratively with them to find effective solutions.

In addition to her professional work, Suhina has a passion for dancing and painting. She believes engaging in hobbies and interests outside of work is essential for maintaining a healthy work-life balance and improving overall well-being.
