Counselor and Life Coach

(MSc)

Growing up in many cultures, I was endlessly curious about why people think, feel, and act the way they do. That curiosity led me first to explore different communities, and later to choose a life's work in psychology. Today, I'm a Career and Well-being Coach who is deeply invested in helping people discover their strengths and build happier, healthier lives, even when the world feels overwhelming!

Throughout my career, I've supported individuals from every background, from young professionals searching for purpose, experienced leaders facing burnout, and many who felt "different" or misunderstood because of neurodivergence.

I hold an MSc in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and my work combines psychological education, structured reflection and practical coaching to help clients understand their patterns, clarify their goals and develop strategies for everyday life and work.

Areas I support include:

• Career counselling and career guidance

• Career transitions and decision-making

• Workplace stress and burnout

• Communication and workplace relationships

• Neurodivergent workplace navigation

• Confidence, motivation and personal development

• Psychoeducation and wellbeing support

My approach is person-centred, culturally sensitive and strengths-based. Sessions are collaborative and practical, with the focus on helping clients build insight, coping strategies and actionable next steps.

I provide coaching and psychoeducational support rather than diagnosis, crisis intervention, medication management or treatment of severe mental-health conditions. I do not provide emergency services. Clients experiencing acute risk or requiring clinical treatment should contact an appropriately licensed mental-health professional or emergency service in their jurisdiction.

Above all... I believe that every person no, matter their story or struggle, can achieve their ambitions, feel included, and find meaning at work and in life. My role is to walk alongside them, celebrating progress, and gently supporting them through setbacks. I'm not only a career coach, I'm also a fellow traveler on life's journey, helping you turn dreams into reality, one brave step at a time!

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
