I have M.Sc in Applied Psychology and have 2.5+ years of experience in the field of mental health and wellness. My approach as a psychologist is trauma informed, integrative, and holistic in nature where I blend in different modalities of therapy to cater to the unique needs and concerns of my clients.

 

I specialize in working with young adults to help them navigate through various challenges brought in by adulthood like navigating higher education, relationships, building self-esteem, work-life balance, stress, anxiety, depression, marital issues, and beating procrastination.

 

I also recently found myself really enjoying the work I do in psychotherapy with Indians living abroad and help them navigate through the difficulties of desis living abroad I bring in my expertise & skills blended with culture competence as an Indian therapist that helps my clients feel heard & understood.

 

I work as a Mental Health Consultant & Wellness Workshops Facilitator for organizations that want to build a more conducive work environment for their employees and take care of their employees.
