I am an Arabic speaking psychotherapist with a back ground as a medical doctor. I studied counselling psychology for many years in Canada and achieved a master in counselling psychology from Yorkville university. I have a long experience working with newcomers, immigrants, Muslim Arabic speaking clients.

As an Arabic speaking Muslim, immigrant woman, and doctor, I can provide you with a unique perspectives and works with different types of clients. I work with individual, couples, and families. I can work with any mental health disorders and my speciality is in relationship, family and social problems.

I took training in most of the psychological approaches including, CBT, Brief-Solution focused approach, client-centered approach, Psychodynamic approach, EFT, ACT. I am confidently using any of these approaches depending on what works best for your situation. With my background as a physician with training in psychiatry, I bring a new perspective to the mental challenges that individuals face and to provide better assessments and treatment.
