Hi , I am Shivanika a PHD Research Scholar with Masters and Bachelors in Psychology. I am certified coach and lead psychologist .I have extensive experience in conducting programs related to holistic development of individuals such as helping them with academic related or challenging behaviours , overcoming psychological and emotional concerns as well as working on their cognition..

I believe in holistic and positive psychology and evidence based therapies as per the requirements of the client to aid positive lifestyle & behavioural modifications . From defining client goals and conducting initial assessments to developing individualised plans and building trusting relationships, my experience has prepared me to excel in this position and foster mental wellbeing in my clients. I expertise in coaching, counselling and conducting workshops and training. I have 7+ years of practical experience working with adolescents and adults in a clinical setting and also has expertise in rehabilitation counselling and worked in a de addiction centre . I have also worked within a multidisciplinary team supporting children and young adults on a broad variety of wellbeing concerns, emotional difficulties, behavioural disorders, and personal issues.I am also a trained Counselling Psychologist and holistic healing coach with suicide prevention QPR training, Yoga and Meditation teacher training program affiliated by the U.S.A. Yoga Alliance.
