My name is Gurpal Bharj, a licensed and compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life changes and achieve their personal growth and wellbeing goals. With deep understanding of human experience, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns.

 

I use a client centered approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals with different Integrative Therapeutic Approaches. My areas of expertise include dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, stress management, or other life stressors.

 

I hold a certification and credentials from Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), Quebec Counseling Association (QCA) and British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy (MBACP – Registered). I am also a professional member for American Psychological Association (APA). I have over 5 years of experience of working with a diverse range of clients from different geographical and ethnic backgrounds. My educational background includes a Master's in Counseling Psychologist, and I continuously pursue professional development to stay up to date with the latest therapeutic techniques and research.
