I am currently pursuing MSc. Counselling Psychology from Jain University, Bangalore. I also had done BA(Hons) Psychology from Shree Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. I specialized in Psychotherapies. My approach is eclectic. I am also trained in holistic and family and marital therapy. My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence based, focusing on empowering clients to develop coping skills and make meaningful changes in their lives.
