I am a Clinical Counselor with an MS degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore, Pakistan. I also hold a BS (Hons) degree in Applied Psychology from the Government College University (GCU), Lahore, Pakistan. I have obtained the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) certification from the American Psychological Association and completed online courses on personality types at work, and mindfulness and well-being from the University of Florida and Rice University respectively.

 

I have six years of research and clinical counseling experience, working with diverse clients and populations, including adults, children, students, trainers, and professionals. I have also organized and conducted workshops, lectures, and awareness seminars on various topics related to mental health, such as personality development, cognitive behavioral therapy, criminal thinking styles, and emotional and behavioral problems. Additionally, I have been the in-charge and senior design editor of the magazine The Clinical Psychologist. This bilingual and biannual publication features articles and research papers on various aspects of clinical psychology. My major areas of interest and expertise are adult-child counseling, school, and health psychology, guidance/career/Cognitive/Projective/Forensic/Criminal/Correctional assessments and interventions, and mindfulness and well-being.
