Art Therapist and Life Coach

Art Therapist and Life Coach
I offer Toss-Catch-Heal, a movement-based, educational program that uses rhythmic movement and bilateral engagement of the body and mind to support stress reduction, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. The practice is grounded in principles found in juggling therapy and other mind–body approaches, and is designed for people who benefit from learning through movement rather than talk alone.
Toss-Catch-Heal incorporates expressive movement, mindful attention, and bilateral coordination, drawing inspiration from concepts found in modalities such as EMDR, meditation, and somatic practices—while remaining a non-clinical, educational form of complementary support. It can be especially helpful for individuals who have difficulty sitting still or who want practical, embodied tools for self-regulation.
In addition to the movement practice, I offer stress-awareness education and self-care techniques, including self-applied trigger point and acupressure release, gentle corrective stretches, and strategies for understanding how stress and tension can be held in the body.
Through my previous experience as a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, along with my own personal experiences with grief and life stress, I bring empathetic grounding, patience, and practical insight to my work. I guide clients step-by-step, work at their pace, help troubleshoot challenges, and offer supportive, honest feedback to help them stay engaged with their practice.
