A passionate and self-motivated Clinical Psychologist with proven and tested observational, psycho-diagnostic, counselling and psychotherapeutic skills. I have completed my master's degree in Psychology along with ADCP (advance diploma in clinical psychology), where I gained comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience in psychological assessment, counselling, and psychotherapy. My training equipped me with a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, relaxation therapy, and counselling. As a practicing mental health professional I utilize various assessment tools , interviews and standardized tests to diagnose mental health disorders, thereafter develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, collaborate with patients/clients to establish achievable goals and therapeutic strategies. Implement evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, counselling and other appropriate interventions (eclectic approach), offering a safe and confidential environment for people to discuss their concerns, explore their thoughts and beliefs and develop coping skills, adhering to ethical guidelines and standards set forth by professional organizations (APA) , with ongoing commitment to professional growth and development. This career offers me the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives by helping them overcome mental health challenges and overall well-being. My approach to therapy is founded on empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe in establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and creating a safe and non-judgmental space where they can explore their thoughts and emotions.
