With over 8 years of experience working as a career coach and a solid foundation in higher education settings, I have honed my expertise in supporting individuals through their professional journeys. My extensive career in these fields has not only equipped me with in-depth knowledge but has also exposed me to the unique challenges women face.

 

I have also trained with coaches around the globe, from Mexico to Bali; I have been privy to differing coaching styles and also incorporate somatic practices.

My personal journey has been deeply influenced by the women I've had the privilege to coach and guide. Witnessing the struggles and aspirations of these remarkable individuals ignited a passion in me. I've seen women pressured to hide their identities as mothers in professional settings, only to return home and forget all of their amazing accomplishments as professional women. This revelation emphasized the vital role of embracing all aspects of our lives.

 

It's a fundamental principle that has shaped my approach – acknowledging that every role we undertake contributes to our excellence in any situation we encounter.

 

I take pride in holding an ICF certification, a testament to my unwavering dedication to coaching excellence and ethical practices. In addition to my invaluable experience, I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW), which greatly enhances my ability to understand and support women as whole individuals.

 

This educational background allows me to see the entirety of a person, appreciating the multifaceted nature of women's lives. It's my belief that to achieve genuine alignment and authenticity, we must acknowledge and integrate all aspects of ourselves.
