I am a certified EMDR practitioner having a thorough experience in working with adult population having anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma and developmental trauma. I am formally trained in Trauma Informed and Gestalt Therapy. My focus is to facilitate the clients achieve the goals that they have set for themselves by overcoming the psychological problems and move towards post trauma growth.
