Saachi Arora is a Clinical Psychologist licensed through the Rehabilitation Council of India (CRR No. A72541). She is currently pursuing PhD in Psychology from the University of Delhi. She has been associated with various mental health organisations such as Mindpeers, Trijog, Psychline as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist & has been working as a Private Practictioner for the last 5 years.

 

She has gained experience in working with a wide variety of population including children, adolescents, as well as adults. Her speciality lies in managing Mood Disorders, Anxiety Spectrum Disorders (Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Attacks, Social Anxiety, OCD, Phobia), Psychosomatic Concerns, and Traumatic responses. She aims to provide a safe space for individuals who want to share their story in a non judgemental, compassionate, and supportive environment allowing everyone the opportunity to feel empowered. She believes that the choice of a therapeutic approach differs depending on the individual needs & concerns. In order to serve a wide variety of clients, she has attained training and certifications in various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Trauma Focused Interventions.

 

She has also created various courses related to Psychology and Mental health in order to impart knowledge to students of psychology & mental health professionals. The courses are available on her own App, Therapy By Saachi. In addition, she also mentors and trains various students of psychology through workshops, webinars, & live trainings.
