I have done Psychological Counseling for anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, existentialism, relationship issues, family issues, suicidal tendencies, etc. I have 4 years of experience in dealing more than 700+ adolescents and adults. And also successfully helped clients to overcome in severe cases like suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, etc. She is trained in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Art Therapy. I am experienced in tailor-making approaches according to the client’s unique needs and personality which includes an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and ACT, Relaxation techniques, and many other forms of short-term and long-term therapies, while always maintaining and preserving the essence of humanistic and existential perspectives.
